透明色

Clear discharge is the most common type. It is often stretchy and slippery, especially around ovulation. It may feel similar to egg whites.

透明分泌物是最常见的类型，通常带有黏性、可以拉丝，尤其在排卵期更明显，质地有点像蛋清

You may also notice more clear fluid when you are sexually aroused. This is lubrication, and it helps reduce friction during sex.

在性唤起时，也会分泌更多透明液体，这是自然润滑液，有助于减少性爱时的摩擦

Brown, Red or Pink

棕色、红色或粉色

These colours usually mean there is a small amount of blood mixed in.

这几种颜色通常代表分泌物中混有少量血液

They may appear just before or after your period. Light spotting can also occur due to hormonal contraception or minor friction during sex.

它们可能出现在月经前后，也可能与激素避孕方式有关，或因润滑不足导致轻微摩擦出血

In rare cases, unexplained bleeding may signal a more serious condition such as cervical abnormalities or other medical issues. If you notice unexpected bleeding and are unsure of the cause, see a GP.

极少数情况下，不明原因的出血可能提示宫颈异常或其他健康问题。如果出现不明原因的血性分泌物，建议及时就医

Grey (Cloudy)

灰色（浑浊）

Grey or cloudy discharge, especially with a strong fishy smell, may indicate bacterial vaginosis.

灰色或浑浊分泌物，尤其伴有鱼腥味，可能是细菌性阴道炎

If you also experience itching, burning, or discomfort when urinating, see a doctor. These infections are common and treatable.

如果伴随瘙痒、灼热感或排尿不适，应及时就医。这类感染很常见，也可以治疗

Trichomoniasis, a sexually transmitted infection, can also cause unusual discharge and irritation.

滴虫感染（性传播感染之一）也可能导致异常分泌物和不适

Yellow or Green

黄色或绿色

Discharge can sometimes appear slightly yellow after exposure to air. However, if it suddenly changes to bright yellow or green, especially with odour or discomfort, it may indicate a sexually transmitted infection such as chlamydia or gonorrhoea.

分泌物暴露在空气中后可能略微变黄，但如果突然变成鲜黄色或绿色，并伴有异味或不适，可能提示衣原体或淋病等性传播感染

In that case, seek medical advice promptly.

建议及时就医检查
